Privacy Policy

Property Idle Tycoon (iPhone) · Effective October 3, 2026

The short version: Property Idle Tycoon has no accounts and no sign-in, and we don't collect your name, email or contacts. Your game progress is saved only on your device. The game shows optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob, and Google may collect device and usage data to deliver and measure those ads, as described below. If you don't allow tracking, ads are less personalized; the game works the same.

Who we are

Property Idle Tycoon ("the app", "we", "us") is developed by TYRON DEANDRE BAKER. Questions about this policy: tyronbaker1123@gmail.com.

Information stored on your device

Your game progress (cash, buildings, upgrades, staff, goals and settings) is saved in a file on your iPhone. It is not sent to us or to any server we operate. Deleting the app deletes this data, and the in-game Settings → "Reset all progress" option erases it too.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app offers three optional rewarded ads (double offline income, a 1-hour income boost and an investor grant). They are served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. When an ad is requested or shown, Google may collect and process:

Device information, such as device model, operating system version, language and screen size
Your IP address and the approximate location derived from it
The Apple advertising identifier (IDFA), only if you allow tracking when iOS asks
Ad interaction data, such as ads shown, views, completions and taps, plus diagnostic and fraud-prevention data

Google uses this data to show ads, measure their performance, prevent fraud and, where you have agreed, personalize ads. Google's practices are described in its How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

Your choices

App Tracking Transparency: iOS asks whether to allow tracking. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the IDFA is not shared and ads are not personalized based on activity in other apps. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): where required, a consent form from Google's User Messaging Platform asks for your choices before ads are personalized.
Ads are optional: every rewarded ad is opt-in. You can play the whole game without watching any.

What we don't do

We don't require an account or collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
We don't sell personal information, and we don't use analytics or crash-reporting services in the app.
The app has no in-app purchases and doesn't process payment information.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will help address it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, delete or object to the processing of personal data. We don't hold personal data about you on our servers; your game data is on your device and can be deleted at any time. For data processed by Google for advertising, you can use the choices above or Google's tools at My Ad Center. You can also contact us at the email above.

Security & retention

Game data stays on your device until you reset it or delete the app. Data collected by Google is kept according to Google's retention policies.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
